3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping We ship within South Africa only. Delivery takes 8–11 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Packd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Packd shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
