Refund policy

At Packd, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds & Exchanges Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days) or an exchange for another product.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@packd.co.za and we will resolve it immediately.
